摘　　要：本文综合评述球墨铸铁的凝固特性、凝固过程体积变化和缩孔缩松形成机理,对比分析了几种造型工艺生产球墨铸铁件的优缺点。针对一种厚大复杂球墨铸铁件的铸造工艺设计过程,利用先进的模拟分析软件对铸造工艺进行模拟分析,通过使用高质量发热保温冒口,采用铁模覆砂工艺,生产出高质量合格铸件。In this paper,the solidification characteristics of nodular cast iron,the change of volume during solidification and the formation mechanism of shrinkage cavity and porosity are reviewed comprehensively.In view of the casting process design process of a thick and complex ductile iron castings,the casting process is simulated and analyzed by using advanced simulation analysis software,and the high-quality qualified castings are produced by using high quality heating and heat insulation riser and iron mold sand coating process.
