润肤止痒汤联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察及其对炎症因子和RANTES、MCP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察润肤止痒汤联合枸地氯雷定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效以及对患者炎症因子和调节活化正常T细胞表达和趋化因子(RANTES)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响。方法:选取100例慢性荨麻疹患者,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用润肤止痒汤联合枸地氯雷定进行治疗,对照组采用枸地氯雷定进行治疗,治疗2周后评定疗效;并于治疗前后ELISA法检测血清白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-18(IL-18)、白介素-23(IL-23)、白介素-33(IL-33)等细胞炎症因子和Rantes、Mcp-1的变化。结果:观察组患者总有效率为94. 0%,而对照组总有效率仅为78. 0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前两组患者血清IL-4、IL-18、IL-23、IL-33水平无统计学差异(P> 0. 05);两组患者治疗后IL-4、IL-18、IL-23、IL-33、RANTES、MCP-1均下降,且观察组下降幅度明显于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:润肤止痒汤联合枸地氯雷定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,可调节机体免疫功能,减轻炎症反应。Objective: To observe the curative effect of chronic urticaria treated with Runfu Zhiyang Decoction combined with Loratadine Citrate and influences on serum inflammatory factors and RANTES and MCP-1.Methods: 100 cases of chronic urticaria were collected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The patients in the observation group were treated with Runfu Zhiyang Decoction and Loratadine Citrate,the control group was only treated with Loratadine Citrate,they were treated for 2 weeks,the curative effect was appraised,meanwhile the serum IL-4,IL-18,IL-23,IL-33 and RANTES,MCP-1 levels were determined before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was94. 0%,while the total effective rate of the control group was only 78. 0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);There were no significant differences in serum IL-4,IL-18,IL-23,IL-33 and RANTES,MCP-1 levels between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),all these indexes were lowered significantly after treatment,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Runfu Zhiyang Decoction combined with Loratadine Citrate can effectively treat chronic urticarial,regulate immunologic function and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
