摘 要:针对护套线剥线机主传动刀架结构设计的合理性及静态和动态特性较差的问题,在确定护套线剥线机主传动机构的自振频率以及对应振型的基础上,设计了护套线剥线机主传动刀架结构。对刀架结构进行有限元分析,以端面厚度与切刀安装螺纹孔位置作为设计变量,以静态特性为目标参数,对端面厚度等参数进行了灵敏度分析,得到了各参数对静态特性的影响趋势;根据灵敏度分析结果对初步设计的刀架各项参数进行了优化,最终得到了优化后的护套线剥线机主传动刀架结构。研究结果表明:优化后主传动刀架的静态和动态特性在一定程度上得到了改善,固有频率及静刚度均有所提高,刀架质量有所减轻。In order to solve the problems of rationality and poor static and dynamic characteristics in the structural design of the main drive tool rest in sheath wire stripping machine, the structure of the main drive tool rest in sheath wire stripping machine was designed based on the determination of the natural frequency and corresponding vibration mode of the main drive mechanism in sheath wire stripping machine. Finite element analysis was carried out on the tool rest structure. Taking the end face thickness, size and the position of the cutter mounting threaded hole as design variables, and taking the static characteristics as target parameters ,sensitivity analysis was carried out on the parameters such as end face thickness, etc. The influence trend of each parameter on the static characteristics was obtained. According to the sensitivity analysis result, various parameters of the preliminarily designed tool rest were optimized, and finally the optimized structure of the main drive tool rest in sheath wire stripping machine was obtained. The research results show that the static and dynamic performance of the optimized main drive tool rest has been improved to a certain extent, the natural frequency and static stiffness have been improved, and the mass has been reduced.
