基于“阴中求阳”理论浅析“调冲任”、“固肾元”针灸法在黄体功能不全治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：本文紧抓中医认为黄体功能不全应以“肾阳虚”为主的辨证关键点,结合“阴阳消长”对月经的影响,认为“阴中求阳”即“温补肾阳”,“通调冲任”是治疗该病的大法。根据月经周期阴阳消长变化规律,把握月经后期,以“滋养肾精”,“通调冲任”为主;月经间期,以“通调经气”为主;月经前期,以“温补肾阳”,“阴中求阳”为主的治疗原则,确立“调冲任”、“固肾元”针灸法,阐释该套针灸法在临床治疗中的具体应用。This article focuses on the key syndrome differentiation for Luteal phase defect is Kidney Yang deficiency.Based on the influence of Yin and Yang changes during menstruation,it is considered that to strengthen Kidney Yang by “Treating Yang in Yin” and regulate Chong and Ren meridians are main treatment principles.These treatment principles of Acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating Chong and Ren and strengthening Kidney are based on the change of Yin and Yang during menstrual cycles,at the follicular phase,the treatment principle is to nourish Kidney essence and regulate Chong and Ren meridians at the ovulation phase;the treatment principle is to circulate Qi and dredge merdians;and at the premenstrual phase,the treatment principle is to warm and strength Kidney Yang by nourishing Yin.As a result,this article is to explain the clinical application of this kind of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.
