刘沈林教授用大剂量黄芪、党参治疗胃癌术后气虚证验案启迪

摘　　要：刘沈林教授通过多年的临床实践总结发现,胃癌术后患者大多存在正气亏虚的表现,此时宜扶正为主。刘教授擅长应用大剂量黄芪、党参改善术后患者的气虚症状,提高其生存质量,疗效甚佳。笔者试对刘沈林教授运用大剂量黄芪、党参治疗胃癌术后气虚证的经验加以总结,并附1则验案以明证。In years of clinical practice,professor Liu Shenlin found that most of the postoperative patients of gastric cancer have deficiency of vital Qi,and the treatment should focus on supporting vital Qi.Professor Liu used large doses of astragalus and codonopsis to improve the postoperative symptoms of Qi deficiency and improve the quality of life.The effect is very good.The author tried to summarize professor Liu Shenlin’s experience in treating postoperative Qi deficiency of gastric cancer with large doses of astragalus and radix codonopsis,and attached a case for proof.
