摘　　要：本文以某夏热冬暖气候区域净零能耗示范建筑为研究对象,总结梳理建筑所采用的主要节能技术及手段,分析该建筑2018年全年运行能耗数据来了解建筑的实际用能情况,评价建筑终端用能设备实际运行能效,分析统计期间的典型日室内环境状态。This paper summarizes the main energy-saving technologies and means adopted by the building based on the research object of a nearly zero demonstration building in a hot summer and warm winter climate. Through Analysis of the energy consumption data of the building in 2018, actual energy consumption of the building is obtained. Aactual energy efficiency of the building terminal energy-using equipment has been evaluated for the analysis of typicalndoor environment condition of the statistical period.
