摘  要:核反应堆燃料倾翻机载荷监测单元的校准,目前尚采用定额配重块的物理校验方法,具有存在校验误差、操作不便、吊装风险高的弊端,同时操作者对载荷波动随倾翻机角度的变化规律认识不详。针对上述问题,本文研制了核反应堆燃料倾翻机载荷在线校验系统,通过建立倾翻机构的三维模型和倾翻系统的几何力学模型,确定重心并进行力学分析,进而编制软件计算得出钢丝绳拉力和传感器载荷。同时,发现称重载荷随倾翻机角度和卷扬机收绳量等参数近似线性的变化趋势,利用倾翻系统自身的结构特点进行自我载荷校验,节约现场劳动量,降低作业风险。通过理论载荷与实测载荷的对比,为机械转动故障的分析提供参考和依据。At present,the physical calibration method of quota weight block is still used in the calibration of load monitoring unit of nuclear reactor fuel upender,which has the disadvantages of checking error,inconvenient operation and high risk of hoisting.In view of the above problems,an on-line load calibration system for nuclear reactor fuel upender is developed in this paper.By establishing three-dimensional model of the tipper mechanism and geometric mechanics model of the tipper system,the center of gravity is determined and the mechanical analysis is carried out,and then the wire rope tension and sensor load are calculated by software.In addition,it is found that the load changes linearly with the parameters such as the angle of the tipper and the amount of rope taken up by the hoist.The self-load checking is carried out by using the structural characteristics of the tipper system,which saves the workload on the spot and reduces the operation risk.By comparing the theoretical load with the measured load,it provides a reference and basis for the analysis of mechanical rotation fault.
