摘 要:特应性皮炎(AD)是一种常见的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,以复发性湿疹性皮损为特征,伴有皮肤干燥和难治性瘙痒。AD发病机制复杂,可能与皮肤屏障功能障碍、遗传易感性、免疫功能紊乱的相互作用有关,严重影响患者及其家属的生活质量。以抗炎脱敏、免疫调节、恢复皮肤屏障为基础的传统AD治疗方案的短期疗效好,但不能预防疾病复发,且对部分难治性AD的疗效欠佳,对润肤剂、光疗法、中草药制剂、益生菌、生物制剂和基因疗法的研究有助于探索新的AD治疗方法。Atopic dermatitis( AD) is a common chronic recurrent inflammatory dermatosis characterized by recurrent eczema with dry skin and refractory itching. The pathogenesis of AD is complex,which may be related to the interaction of skin barrier dysfunction,genetic susceptibility and immune dysfunction. AD seriously affects the quality of life of patients and their families. Traditional AD therapies based on anti-inflammatory desensitization,immune regulation and skin barrier restoration have good short-term efficacy,but cannot prevent disease recurrence,and have poor efficacy for some refractory AD. The study of emollients,phototherapy,Chinese herbal preparations,probiotics,biological agents and gene therapy is helpful for the exploration of new AD therapies.
