摘　　要：目的对医学生症状自评量表(SCL-90)的研究结果进行元分析,明确医学生的心理健康状况。方法在中文期刊数据库中对2006~2018年文献进行检索与筛选,最终得到103篇文献,包含77 156个样本。以最新的全国成人常模和大学生常模为参照标准,使用RevMan4.2对所得数据进行元分析。结果医学生的心理健康水平介于全国成人常模和大学生常模之间,其中人际敏感、焦虑得分显著高于成人常模;不同性别和生源地医学生的心理健康水平差异不大;近13年医学生心理健康水平呈总体上升趋势。结论医学生的心理健康存在一定突出的问题,应开展有针对性的辅导。Objective To Meta-analyze the results for medical students evaluated by the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),get a general understanding of the real status of medical students’ mental health.Methods Literature retrieval and selection on medical students’ mental health evaluated by SCL-90 were carried on in Chinese journal databases from 2006 to 2018.103 papers that meet the criteria were selected,in which there were 77 156 subjects.Meta-analysis procedure was used RevMan4.2 with the newest Chinese Adult Norm(CAN)and Chinese College Norm(CCN)as the reference standard.Results Medical students’ mental health status was located between CAN and CCN.Medical students scored higher in interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety than CAN.There was no gender or citycountryside difference on medical students’ mental health.The status on the whole has improved slightly during the past 13 years.Conclusion There were certain outstanding problems in the mental health of medical students,and targeted counseling should be carried out.
