摘  要:目的:探讨低强度脉冲电磁场刺激对于甘露醇高渗性药液所致的实验兔静脉炎的治疗效果。方法:将24只雌性新西兰大耳白兔随机等分为对照组和低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组,所有动物均通过静脉输注20%、2.5 ml/kg的甘露醇构建静脉炎模型,并对低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组实验兔施加6 h/d的低强度脉冲电磁场刺激。3 d后通过基于静脉炎分级体系的观察评估、血液ELISA检测、病理组织切片HE染色评估低强度脉冲电磁场对于化学性静脉炎的治疗效果。采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果:静脉炎分级评估结果显示,对照组全部实验兔发生静脉炎,低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组静脉炎发生率为41.7%,且低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组3~4级静脉炎发生率为8.3%,显著低于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。ELISA检测结果显示,低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组实验兔血清TNF-α和IL-6的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。组织病理学结果显示,低强度脉冲电磁场刺激组实验兔血管内皮肿胀、血管外周水肿、炎细胞浸润、血栓形成发生率均显著低于对照组。结论:低强度脉冲电磁场刺激能够显著抑制甘露醇所致的化学性静脉炎的发生和发展。Objective To identify the therapeutic effects of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields on phlebitis induced by mannitol hyperosmotic solution in rabbits so as to provide experimental evidence for the extensive and scientific clinical application. Methods Twenty-four female New-Zealand rabbits were randomly and equally divided into two groups, including a control group (control) and a low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) group. All the animals were subjected to intravenous injection of mannitol with 20% concentration (2.5 ml/kg) to induce the phlebitis model. The rabbits in the PEMF group were subjected to pulsed electromagnetic fields stimulation with 6 hours per day. After 3 days, the therapeutic effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields on phlebitis were evaluated via the observation based on phlebitis grading system, H&E staining of pathological sectioning and blood ELISA assays. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results The phlebitis grading system results showed that all the rabbits in the control group had phlebitis, and the occurrence percentage of phlebitis in the PEMF group was 41.7%. The percentage of level-3 and level-4 phlebitis in the PEMF group was 8.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (75.0%)(P<0.05). The pathological results showed that the occurrence percentage of vascular endothelial swelling, perivascular edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and thrombosis in the PEMF group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The ELISA results showed that the TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the PEMF group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields can significantly inhibit the occurrence and development of mannitol-induced chemical phlebitis.
