摘 要:碳化硅颗粒增强铝基(SiC p/Al)复合材料由于其优异的物理机械性能,在航空航天、汽车和电子封装等行业具有巨大的应用潜力。但SiC p/Al复合材料可切削加工性差,切削时刀具磨损剧烈,加工表面质量难以满足生产要求,其推广应用受到了极大的限制。随着SiC p/Al复合材料在高速车削、高速铣削、窄槽铣削等方面不断获得技术突破,小直径孔的钻削和螺纹加工技术成为产品研制和生产中的瓶颈。针对高体积分数SiC p/Al复合材料2mm直径小孔钻削开展试验研究,采用金刚石涂层硬质合金钻头和啄钻工艺方法,研究钻削力、刀具磨损和钻孔质量,对比了干湿两种啄钻方法对钻削工艺的影响。Due to the excellent physical and mechanical properties,SiC p/Al composites has a great application potential.However,they have relatively poor machinability,including serious tool wear in cutting and poor machining quality out of the requirements of component production,which limits their spreading and application.With the technical advances in high-speed turning,high-speed milling,narrow slot milling of SiC p/Al composites,small hole drilling and tapping has become the bottle-neck problem in product R & D and production and it is getting very urgent to solve these problems.In this paper,experimental study is performed on the 2mm-diameter hole drilling of high volume fraction SiC p/Al composites.Peck drilling operations with diamond coated carbide twist drills are taken for the study.The influence of cutting fluid on drilling force,tool wear and hole quality are investigated by comparison.
