摘  要:试验旨在分析外源褪黑激素(Melatonin,MT)对绒山羊绒毛生长特性与皮肤毛囊组织周期性变化规律的影响。选择10只体重和产绒量相当的罕山白绒山羊周岁母羊为试验动物,分为两组,每隔1个月按照2mg·kg^-1BW的剂量在埋植组绒山羊耳后皮下埋植MT。连续采集13个月(从2014年12月到2015年12月)的肩胛部皮肤和绒毛样品,每月测定其绒毛长度,并制作皮肤毛囊组织切片。结果表明,埋植MT使绒山羊体表常年有绒毛覆盖,春季和秋季出现脱绒现象,之后快速长出新绒毛,绒毛脱落时次级毛囊活性降低。表皮的角质层厚度在毛囊生长前期随着绒毛的生长逐渐变薄,而在毛囊生长后期逐渐变厚,毛囊进入休止期时其厚度达最高点;与表皮其它三层的变化趋势正好相反。研究结果提示,12月开始持续埋植MT将缩短绒毛生长周期,其表皮及次级毛囊活性也会随之出现周期性变化。In order to explore the effects of implanting Melatonin (MT) on the cashmere growth and the periodic changes of skin hair follicle tissue in cashmere goats,ten Cashmere yearling female goats with similar live weight and cashmere yield were selected,and divided into two groups,the MT at a dose of 2 mg·kg^-1 BW was implanted behind ears per 2 months during the implanting period.The body skin and cashmere were collected in 13 months (from Dec 2014 to Dec 2015),and the cashmere length and skin hair follicle tissue were tested monthly.The results showed that MT implanting enabled cashmere goats to grow cashmere all the year.Cashmere shed in spring and autumn,then new cashmere came out in a uery short time.And the activity of secondary hair follicles decreased during depilation.The cuticle thickness of the epidermis gradually thinned with the growth of cashmere in the early stage of hair follicle growth,and gradually thickened in the later stage of hair follicle growth.The change trend of the other three layers of the epidermis was opposite.The results suggested that MT implantation from December would shorten the cashmere growth cycle,and the epidermis and secondary hair follicle activity would change periodically.
