摘　　要：顺铂肾毒性是顺铂化疗期间最严重的副作用之一,大约有1/3的患者在接受大剂量顺铂治疗时出现严重肾功能不全,这大大限制了其在临床的应用,目前尚缺乏有效的预防与治疗药物。越来越多的研究表明,许多中药有效成分具有防治顺铂肾毒性的活性,本文综述了近年来国外期刊报道的中药有效成分防治顺铂肾毒性的研究进展,以期为发现防治顺铂肾毒性的有效治疗药物并促进其临床广泛应用提供参考。Nephrotoxicity is one of the most common and serious side effects during cisplatin chemotherapy,approximately one-third patients treated with high doses of cisplatin suffered severe renal insufficiency,which limits its clinical application.Gradually increased evidence indicate the efficacy of the active components of traditional Chinese medicine on cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.This review focuses on recent research published in international journals of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment and prevention of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity,which are supposed to provide new therapeutic strategies and references for cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and its clinical application.
