摘　　要：由于眼睛复杂的生理结构和诸多保护性屏障的存在,导致许多眼用药物疗效欠佳。近年来,眼部微粒药物递送系统的出现,为解决这一问题提供了有效手段。本文查阅国内外关于眼部微粒药物递送系统文献,重点对应用于眼部不同给药途径的微粒药物递送系统设计进行综述,为后续眼部微粒药物递送系统的设计和发展提供一定指导。Due to the complexity of the eye′s physical structures and the presence of protective barriers,some drugs applied to the eyes are ineffective.In recent years ,the emergence of ophthalmic drug delivery systems has provided a solution to this problem.This paper reviews the domestic and international literatures on ophthalmic drug delivery systems and focuses on the design of micro-particle drugdelivery systems which are suitable for different ophthalmic administration route.This review may provide a guidance for the development of new drug delivery systems or drug delivery devices.
