全国高效水土保持植物资源配置与开发利用工作的成效与展望

摘　　要：近年来,水利部水土保持植物开发管理中心在高效水土保持植物资源配置与开发利用方面,初步建立了全国高效水土保持植物资源配置体系;在全国重点水土流失区初步建立了一些示范点;围绕调研、示范和试验等工作,取得了一系列有关高效水土保持植物资源配置与开发利用的阶段性成果。针对工作中出现的一些问题,水利部水土保持植物开发管理中心下一阶段的工作打算主要聚集为“提内涵、重示范、抓培训、强监管”4个方面,以充分发挥事业单位的平台效应,力争成为新时代打造绿水青山的排头兵。In recent years,the Development and Management Center of Soil and Water Conservation Plants of the Ministry of Water Resources has initially established the nationwide efficient allocation system of soil and water conservation plant resources on the aspect of nationwide efficient allocation,development and utilization of soil and water conservation plant resources;initially established some pilot sites in the key national soil and water loss areas and;focusing on research,demonstration and tests,achieved a series of the phased objectives on efficient allocation,development and utilization of soil and water conservation plant resources.Aiming at the problems in work,the Center planed to focus on the 4 aspects of “enhance connotation,attach importance to demonstration,grasp training and strengthen supervision” for the next phase of work in order to give full play to the platform effects of public institutions and strive to become the pacesetter of building clear water and green hills in the new era.
