混业经营背景下我国金融监管模式选择探析

摘　　要：在回顾金融混业经营及其监管的国内现有相关研究的基础上,阐述了我国金融混业经营的历史和现状,指出我国金融监管体制面临金融风险加剧、监管体系效率低下、业务创新困难等挑战,参考发达国家的金融监管体制,提出混业经营趋势下我国金融监管的路径选择。On the basis of reviewing the relevant domestic research on the financial mixed operation and its supervision, this paper expounds the history and current situation of the financial mixed operation in China, points out that the financial supervision system in China is facing the challenges of increasing financial risks, inefficient supervision system and difficult business innovation. Referring to the financial supervision system in developed countries, this paper puts forward the path choice of financial supervision in China under the trend of mixed operation.
