摘 要:安全感影响游客制定出游决策。新疆作为我国重要的旅游目的地之一,其特殊的地缘政治环境、社会与自然环境使游客对旅游安全尤为关注。以北疆旅游线路“天一吐一喀一伊”线为例,以进疆游客为研究对象,通过问卷调查方式获取安全感知相关数据。结果表明:①进疆游客的旅游安全意识较高,极少部分游客不重视旅游安全。②影响游客安全感知的因素主要是治安状况、旅游活动安全管理、旅游服务设施安全、商品与信息情况、目的地基础保障。③游客对新疆旅游安全感知状况为:治安状况安全感知最好,目的地基础保障安全感知最差。④旅游安全感知在游客年龄上无显著差异,但性别、教育程度、职业、薪资、来疆次数在游客旅游安全感知上有显著差异,且薪资与进疆次数对游客的旅游安全感知显著相关。根据研究结果,建议在加强对外宣传和构建和谐安全的旅游环境两方面采取措施,以提高游客旅游安全感知。The sense of security affected the tourists making travel - decision. As one of the China's important tourism-destination, Xinjiang's special geopolitical environment, unique social and natural environment made tourists pay more attention to tourism safety. This paper analyzed' tourists sense of security as a case study, and selected travelers who came from other province to fill up the questionnaire. The results showed that:①Tourists in Xinjiang had a strong sense of security.②There were five factors affecting tourists sense of security: Public order, management of tourism activities, safety of tourism service facilities, goods and information and basic guarantee of destination.③Tourists perception of Xinjiang 's tourism safety was as follows: The security perception of the security situation was the best, and the security perception of the destination foundation guarantee was the worst.④There was no significant differences in touristsz sense of security among the age of tourists ,but gender, education degree, professional attributes, salary and times of entering Xinjiang had significant differences in touristsz sense of security .And salary and times of entering Xinjiang had prominent correlation with touristsz sense of security. According to the results, its suggeted to strengthen the external publicity and build a harmonious and safe tourism environment to improve the tourist safety perception.
