摘　　要：文章回顾合作编目项目(PCC)的历史,从运作、管理、成员、操作平台方面论述其发展现状,归纳这一项目的特点,如注重对编目全过程的管理,将内容修订与规则建设相结合;为编目馆员赋能,促进其参与及决策;以知识发现为导向不断探索创新;科研性机构的集结,集体智慧的运用。结合PCC当前的行动方向指出,传统图书馆的职责从馆藏资源组织建设逐步向促进知识发现转变,而世界重要图书馆及其所在共同体值得我国持续追踪学习。The development of Program for Cooperative Cataloging is discussed in aspects of operation,management,member and platform by reviewing its history.It summarizes the characteristics as follows: focusing on the management of the whole process of cataloging;combining content revision with standard establishment;empowering cataloguing librarians,promoting their participation and decision-making;opening to exploration and innovation based on knowledge discovery;assembling research institutions and facilitating collective intelligence.Combining with PCC's current direction,responsibility of traditional library gradually transforms from collection construction to the promotion of knowledge discovery,while the world's prominent libraries and their communities should be substantially studied for our country.
