消栓健脑冲剂对大鼠脑缺血模型的保护作用及机制研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消栓健脑冲剂对脑缺血模型大鼠脑梗死面积、脑含水量的影响.方法:建立脑缺血模型,并将9只SD雌性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、实验组,连续给药14d,3次/d.TTC法检测大鼠脑组织梗死面积和脑含水量.结果:脑梗死面积:与空白组比较,模型组和实验组脑梗死面积明显增大,与模型组比较,实验组脑梗死面积明显减小;脑含水量比较:与空白组比较,模型组脑含水量明显升高,实验组无明显改变,与模型组比较,实验组脑含水量明显减少.结论:消栓健脑冲剂能够对脑缺血大鼠脑组织起到保护作用,能有效减少脑梗死面积和减轻脑水肿程度.Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoshuan Jiannao Granule on cerebral infarction area and brain water content in rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods:Nine female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and experimental group.The rats were administered for 14 days,three times a day.The infarct area and brain water content were measured by TTC method.Results:Compared with the blank group,the cerebral infarction area of the model group and the experimental group increased significantly,compared with the model group.the cerebral infarction area of the experimental group decreased significantly;compared with the blank group,the brain water content of the model group increased significantly,but there was no significant change in the experimental group.Compared with the model group,the brain water content of the experimental group decreased significantly.Conclusion:Xiaoshuan Jiannao Granule can protect brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia,effectively reduce the area of cerebral infarction and the degree of brain edema.
