利用掌型中医经络检测仪观察原发性高血压经络检测的临床特点

摘　　要：目的:利用掌型中医经络检测仪观察原发性高血压患者的经络反应,为原发性高血压临床辨证及诊疗提供一种新的客观的中医量化指标。方法:选择高血压患者60例,同时随机选取60例健康人作为对照组,采用掌型中医经络检测仪分别对原发性高血压患者及健康对照组进行能量指数测定。结果:原发性高血压组患者的自律神经、阴/阳、上/下、体能分别与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:经络检测仪可对原发性高血压患者脏腑功能状态进行量化分析,获得的数据可以作为辨证依据用于临床辨证分析,为原发性高血压患者的临床辨证及中医治疗提供了一种新的客观的中医量化指标。Objective:To observe the meridian response of patients with essential hypertension by using the palm-type Chinese medicine meridian detector,and to provide a objective quantitative index of trad让ional Chinese medicine for clinical dialectics and diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:60 patients with hypertension were enrolled in this study,and 60 healthy individuals were randomly selected as the control group.The energy index of the patients with essential hypertension and healthy controls was determined by palm-type Chinese medicine meridian detector.The energy index of the patients with essential hypertension and healthy controls was determined by palm-type Chinese medicine meridian detector.Results:The autonomic nerve?yin/yang,upper/ lower,and physical energy of the patients with essential hypertension were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion :The meridian detector can quantitatively analyze the visceral function status of patients with essential hypertension,and the obtained data can be used as a dialectical basis for clinical syndrome differentiation analysis.This provides a new objective quantitative index of TCM for clinical syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment of patients with essential hypertension.
