摘　　要：归纳颈性眩晕的针灸治疗现状,为针灸治疗提供依据。查阅近10年针灸治疗颈性眩晕的国内外相关文献。针灸治疗取穴包括循筋经、经络取穴和阿是穴取穴;根据穴位的功效和局部关节的解剖结构,运用针刺、穴位注射、刃针、艾灸和刺络拔罐等方法。疗效与手法操作、留针时间有关。针灸治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效好,有必要从改善神经传导、血液流变速和肌肉关节稳态等方面继续研究。To summarize the current situation of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical vertigo,to review domestic and international literatures on cervical vertigo and acupuncture treatment in recent 10 years.The acupoints were selected according to meridians and Ashi points.Acupuncture and moxibustion were used according to the efficacy of acupoints and the anatomical structure of local joints.The efficacy was associated with manual manipulation and needle retention time.Acupuncture and moxibustion have good clinical effect in treating cervical vertigo.It is necessary to continue to study on improving nerve conduction,blood rheological velocity and stable state of muscle and joint.
