摘 要:在民办高校人才培养价值链的各战略环节中,每个环节的价值贡献率是不同的,贡献率最大的是人力资本环节,这与企业明显不同。科学的人力资本运营管理表现为价值链边际价值的递增性,这种递增性有利于高校人才培养价值链产生的社会效益和经济效益的持续增长。在竞争日益激烈的今天,民办高校借鉴并引入成熟的价值链管理理念和方法,用以指导教育教学管理实践,可以提高办学质量,增强学校的市场竞争力。Among the strategic segments of talent cultivation in private colleges, the contribution rate of each segment varies, and the segment of human capital contributes largest, which is different from that of the enterprise. The scientific operation and management of human capital often contributes to the increasing value of marginal value of the value chain, which is conducive to promoting the sustained growth of the social and economic benefits arising from the value chain of talent cultivation in the colleges. Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition among the private colleges, it is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to learn from and introduce mature ideas and theory of value chain management, which is used to guide the practice of education and teaching management in private colleges, to improve the quality of running colleges and to strengthen the competitiveness of colleges in the market.
