摘 要:陶瓷喷墨打印技术以其独特的优点已成为各国研究的热点,开发功能型的墨水是陶瓷喷墨打印装饰技术发展的关键。采用化学共沉淀法,通过正交试验,制备了用于陶瓷喷墨打印墨水的光致变色色料粉体。通过紫外可见反射光中主要红色及蓝色波段的反射率研究样品的色度,确定优化制备条件为:w(Nd3+)∶w(Al3+)=1∶0.692、pH值为9、煅烧温度为1 000℃,较优样品在红色及蓝色波段反射率最高,蓝色波段反射率为134.44%,红色波段反射率为143.48%,样品变色的效果最显著。XRD分析表明,这种光致变色色料的样品主晶相为铝酸钕,结晶度达91.67%,次晶相为氧化钕。TEM研究表明,色料颗粒通过TEM测试分析得出:尺寸大小为150~200nm,晶粒形貌呈六方形,晶格条纹清晰,晶体生长发育良好。Ceramic inkjet printing technology is becoming a hot spot in all countries due to its unique advantages.The development of functional inks is the key to the development of ceramic inkjet printing technology.The photochromic pigment was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.Based on the colorimetric evaluation according to the reflectance of the red and blue bands in the UV-visible light,the sample was obtained under optimum condition(i.e.,w(Nd3+)∶w(Al 3+)=1∶0.692,solution pH value of 9and calcination temperature of 1 000℃).The reflectivity of optimal sample are the blue band reflectivity of 134.44%,the red band reflectivity of 143.48%.The X-ray diffraction results show that the photochromic pigment contains neodymium aluminate oxide as a major phase with neodymium oxide as a secondary phase.And the degree of crystallinity of major phase reaches 91.67%.The analysis of transmission electron microscopy reveals the pigment grain size of well-grown crystal is 150~200nm,and a hexagonal structure with clear crystal stripes appears.
