摘　　要：目的探讨曲咪新乳膏对于失禁相关性皮炎合并真菌感染患者的治疗效果。方法选取1~2级失禁相关性皮炎合并真菌感染的住院患者60例,以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。在一致性皮肤护理方法的基础上,观察组患者创面涂抹曲咪新乳膏,对照组患者创面涂抹氧化锌软膏。结果与对照组相比,观察组Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者的平均换药次数分别为(0.9±0.2)次、(1.3±0.6)次,创面愈合时间分别为(0.8±0.7)d、(1.8±0.6)d,均显著短于对照组Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者的(2.1±0.9)次、(3.2±1.2)次,(3.9±0.8)d、(5.5±1.3)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面治疗有效率100%明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲咪新乳膏对失禁相关性皮炎合并真菌感染疗效较好,副反应少,使用简便,价格低廉易获得,患者乐于接受,可供临床选择应用。Objective To assess the efficacy of timodine cream for incontinence-associated dermatitis complicated with fungal infections. Methods Sixty patients with grades 1 .2 incontinence-associated dermatitis ( IAD ) complicated with fungal infections were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 30 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental and control group were treated with timodine cream and zinc oxide ointment, respectively. Results In comparison to the controls, treatments with timodine cream significantly decreased the frequencies of changing wound dressing in both grades 1 and 2 IAD patients ( for grade 1,0.9 ± 0.2 time vs 2.1 ±0.9 times;for grade 2,1.3 ± 0.6 times vs. 3.2 ±1.2 times, P < 0.05 for both grades). Similarly, wound healing time was shorter in the treatment group than in the controls ( for grade 1,0.8 ± 0.7 days vs. 3.9 ± 0.8;for grade 2,1.8 ± 0.6 days vs. 5.5 ±1.3 days,P <0. 05 for both grades). Wound healing rates in the treatment group and controls were 100% and 66. 67%, respectively ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Timodine cream is economic, accessable, safe and effective for IAD with fungal infections.
