摘  要:电力市场改革下售电侧的开放促进电力市场主体的多向性选择,以大用户直购电为代表的方式对促进电力市场的发展具有重要意义。首先分析大用户在现货市场、远期合约市场、期权市场及自备电厂的购电成本,建立用户交易模型。接着提出考虑风险效用与风险偏好的用户电量交易模型,以风险规避系数表示用户承受风险的能力。最后,以大用户制定未来一个月购电策略为算例,对所构建的大用户购电电量交易模型进行验证。Under the reform of the electricity market, the opening of the selling side promotes the multidirectional choice of the main body of the electricity market. The way represented by direct purchase of electricity by large consumers is of great significance to the development of the electricity market. Firstly, the power purchase cost of large users in spot market, forward contract market, option market and self-owned power plant was analyzed, and the user transaction model was established. Then, a user electricity trading model considering risk utility and risk preference was proposed,and the risk aversion coefficient is used to express the users ability to withstand the risk. Finally, a case study was given to validate the proposed transaction model for large consumers electricity purchasing.
