摘 要:目的探讨血清Clq/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白9(CTRP9)与T2DM及颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)发生发展的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测56例T2DM合并CAS患者(CAS组)、56例单纯T2DM患者(T2DM组)和56名同期体检中心健康体检者(NC组)的空腹血清CTRP9水平。结果CAS组、T2DM组血清CTRP9水平均低于NC组[(37.61±9.87)vs(53.51±10.76)vs(91.71±24.83)pg/ml,P<0.01],CAS组血清CTRP9水平低于T2DM组[(37.61±9.87)vs(53.51±10.76)pg/ml,P<0.05]。控制年龄及性别的Partial相关分析显示,血清CTRP9水平与HDLC呈正相关(r=0.176,P<0.05);与糖尿病病程、SBP、FPG、FIns、HOMA-IR、HbA1C呈负相关(r=-0.30.8、-0.209、-0.227、-0.241、-0.210、-0.419,P<O.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,HbA1c和糖尿病病程是血清CTRP9水平的影0向因素。Logistic冋归分析显示,糖尿病病程和hsC-RP是CAS的独立危险因素。结论CTRP9是CAS的独立保护因素。结论CTRP9可能在T2DM及CAS过程中起保护作用。Objective To investigate the relationships bclween serum Clq/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 9 (CTRP9) and type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS). Methods Fasting serum CTRP9 levels were measured by ELISA in T2DM with CAS group (CAS group,n= 56),T2DM group (T2DM group,n= 56) and normal control group (NC group,n= 56). Results Serum CTRP9 levels in CAS group and T2DM group were significantly lower than those in NC group [(37. 61 ±9. 87) vs (53. 51 ± 10. 76) vs (91. 71 ± 24. 83) pg/ml](P<0. 01). The level of serum CTRP9 in CAS group was lower than that in T2DM group [(37. 61 ±9. 87)w(53. 51 ± 10. 76) pg/ml](P<0. 05). Partial correlation analysis adjusting for age and sex showed that serum CTRIP level was positively correlated with HDL-C (r=0. 176, P<0. 05) and negatively correlated with the course of disease, SEP, FPG,FIns,HOMA-IR and HbA1c (r=-0. 308,-0. 209,-0. 227,-0. 241,-0. 210,-0.419,P<0.01). Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis found that HbA1c and the course of disease was independent influencing factors in serum CTRP9 levels. Logistic regress io n analysis showed that the course of disease and hsC-RP was independent risk factors for CAS, meanwhile CTRP9 was an independerd protective factor for CAS.Conclusion CTRP9 may play a protective role in the process of type 2 diabetes and carotid atherosclerosis.
