摘　　要：通过对聚酯树脂生产过程中工艺和条件的控制,主要探究原料单体、投料量、修正量、真空度、反应温度对成品聚酯树脂颜色b值的影响,并通过台式测色仪来确定聚酯树脂颜色b值.应用统计的方法,对产品A分析并确定了影响颜色b值的主要因素,提出了相应控制方法,为同类产品生产控制提供借鉴.Through the process and control of polyester resin production, the influences of raw material monomer, feed amount, correction amount, vacuum degree and reaction temperature on the b value of color for finished polyester resin were investigated, and the b value of polyester resin was determined by the desktop color tester. The main factors affecting the b value of product A were analyzed and determined by the statistical method, and the corresponding control methods were put forward, which can provide reference for the production control of similar products.
