摘　　要：对如何在实验室内模拟恶劣的涂装环境展开了讨论,同时开发了一种装置,能在实验室内的小范围空间内模拟恶劣的涂装环境,该装置使用方便且制造简便,可用于涂料开发与涂装工艺验证,也可用于教学.How to simulating atrocious painting condition in laboratory are discussed. The device simulated atrocious painting condition in small scare space of laboratory, the device is developed. The device is convenient to use and easy to manufacture, can be used for coating development and coating process verification, and can also be used for teaching.
