建构马克思政治哲学的问题意识  

On the Problem Awareness of Constructing Marx’s Political Philosophy

摘　　要：阐释马克思政治哲学的内在逻辑,并非将其装饰或转化为某种传统政治哲学,以使之具有政治哲学的"合法性",这种削足适履的研究无益于把握马克思思想的原貌。正如马克思在超越旧形而上学的同时规定了"新哲学"和"新世界观"一样,其政治哲学是一种不同于传统政治哲学的"新政治哲学"。阐释马克思政治哲学应有一种问题意识,如何实现人类解放、如何建构"真正的共同体"、如何展开政治经济学批判以及如何理解公平正义问题,构成马克思政治哲学的主要问题域。从中理解马克思政治哲学的总体结构及其当代性,可以形成将马克思的思想建构为一种政治哲学的合理思路。Constructing the internal logic of Marx’s political philosophy is not to decorate or transform it into a kind of traditional political philosophy,giving its "legality"of political philosophy,which,just like cuttingone’s foot to fit the shoe,is not conducive to grasping the original appearance of Marx’s thought.Just as Marx stipulated the "new philosophy"and "new world view"while surpassing the old metaphysics,his political philosophy is a "new political philosophy"which is different from traditional political philosophy.To interpret Marx’s Political Philosophy,we should have a problem consciousness.Human liberation,the construction of "real community",the criticism of political economics and the theory of justice constitute the problem domain of Marx’s political philosophy,as the general,key,basic and hot issues respectively.From this,understanding the overall structure of Marx’s political philosophy and its contemporary nature is a reasonable way of thinking about how to construct Marx’s thought as a political philosophy.
