试析西方民众对技术治理的成见

摘　　要：在西方民众中普遍流行的对技术治理的成见,将技术治理等同于总体主义、机械主义、极权主义和经济主义的"机器乌托邦"。这种成见的形成与当代西方社会"敌托邦"科幻文艺流行、激进技术治理者的高显示度和反科学思潮兴起有关。必须破除技术治理的西方成见,建设性地研究和推进技术治理,同时也要注意避免技术治理实践沦为"机器乌托邦"的危险。The stereotype of technocracy which is popular in the western public,regards the technocracy as the machine utopia of Universalism,Mechanism,Totalitarianism and Economism,and is relative to the popularity of the dystopia science literature and art,the highlight of the radical technocrats,and the rising of anti-science thoughts.We need to overcome the western stereotype of technocracy,and research and develop the technocracy constructively,and also avoid the danger of the technocracy practice becoming into machine utopia.
