摘 要:文章利用循环喷淋吸收塔针对氨气和硫化氢两种恶臭气体进行化学氧化吸收处理,研究了水溶液、氧化吸收液、紫外辅助氧化吸收3种工况条件下氨气和硫化氢的吸收效率以及硫化氢的氧化途径。结果表明:紫外辅助条件下相对于水溶液吸收和氧化液吸收具有较好的吸收效果,出气口硫化氢和氨气的平均浓度分别为0.65和0.13mg/m^3,去除效率分别为89.97%和90.71%,吸收液中硫酸根含量可达24.6mg/L,单质硫和亚硫酸根分别为22.3和32.5mg/L,可见紫外辅助条件下具有最好的氧化效果和吸收效果。向循环槽定量添加H2O2和补充浓硫酸,48h内硫化氢的平均去除率进一步提升至91.1%。Hydrogen sulfide and ammonia were absorbed by circulating spray absorber in this study,in which absorption efficiency and oxidative pathway were investigated in three absorption liquid includig water,water containing hydrogen peroxide and UV-H 2O 2.The experiment results showed that it ranked the highest absorption efficiency in UV-H 2O 2 mode compared with water and oxidation absorbent modes.The mean concentration of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in outlet were 0.65 mg/m^3 and 0.13 mg/m^3,respectively.The removal efficiency of both was 89.97% and 90.71%,respectively.The oxidation effect and absorption effect could reach the optimum in UV-H 2O 2 mode,in which sulfate concentration could reach 24.6 mg/L. Otherwise,sulfur and sulfite concentration still were 22.3 and 32.5 mg/L.In addition,the average removal rate of hydrogen sulfide in 48 hours could increase to 91.1% in the condition of quantitative adding hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid.
