沈阳市重要生态功能区评价

摘　　要：以沈阳市为例,为进一步在空间上识别沈阳市重要生态功能区域,明确生态环境保护的目标与重点,确保生态保护红线划定范围的科学准确,依据《生态保护红线划定指南》等技术规范要求,运用GIS空间分析与遥感影像解译技术结合沈阳市生态环境现状调查结果,对沈阳市不同生态功能类型区域进行了评价及等级、区域划分工作。结果表明,沈阳市自然生态系统生态功能以水源涵养功能、生物多样性维护功能、防风固沙功能为主,生态功能极重要区域3652km2,占沈阳市国土总面积的28.4%。Taking Shenyang as an example,this article is to further identify the important ecological functional areas and to clarify the objectives and emphases of ecological environmental protection in Shenyang city,ensure the scientificalness and accuracy of delimitating ecological protection red line,the technical specifications including guideline for delimitating ecological protection red line(Eco [2017]48),etc were applied.We used GIS spatial analysis and remote sensing image interpretation technology to evaluate and classify different ecological function types in Shenyang of combining the results of Shenyang ecological environment survey.The evaluation results showed that the ecological function of natural ecosystem in Shenyang mainly included water conservation function,biodiversity maintenance function,windproof and sand fixation function.The area of the most important ecological function was 3 652 km 2,accounting for 28.4% of the total land area in Shenyang.
