海绵铁在转炉炼钢中使用效果分析

摘  要:为更加多元化利用海绵铁,降低冶炼成本,在相同冶炼制度下,使用海绵铁分别替代冷料中的钢边和统废进行转炉炼钢试验。结果表明:对于转炉+LF工艺、成品S在0.025%以上的钢种,海绵铁加入量不大于废钢比的40%;海绵铁加入量占废钢比40%时,替代钢边进行冶炼,氧耗增加0.62m^3/t,石灰消耗减少0.48kg/t,钢铁料消耗增加0.48kg/t,吨钢节约成本8.4元;替代统废时,氧耗增加0.91m^3/t,石灰消耗减少0.52kg/t,钢铁料消耗降低2.74kg/t,吨钢节约成本6.878元;但海绵铁导致成品中S含量呈上升趋势,增加了LF处理成本。In order to make the diverse utilization of sponge iron and reduce the operating cost,in this paper,the tests in which the heavy scrap and mix scrap were replaced with the DRI as raw materials respectively were conducted under the same operation condition.The results showed that:when the steel sulfur content is more than 0.025%,and LF refining is requested in smelting procedure,the DRI can be chosen instead of scrap,and the addition is not more than 40%of scrap usages per heat.When heavy scrap substituted for the DRI,and the addition of DRI were around 40%of scrap usage per heat,the increment of the oxygen consumption per ton steel was 0.62 m^3/t,the decrement of the lime consumption per ton was 0.48 kg/t,the increment of the consumption of hot metal and scrap per ton were 0.48 kg/t,it was likely to reduce the cost of a ton of steel by¥8.4.While,mix scrap substituted for the DRI,and the addition of DRI was around 40%of scrap usage per heat,the increment of the oxygen consumption per ton steel was 0.91 m^3/t,the decrement of the lime consumption per ton were 0.52 kg/t,the decrement of the consumption of hot metal and scrap per ton was 2.74 kg/t,it was likely to reduce the cost of a ton of steel by¥6.878.However,the ascendant trend will be showed in the sulfur content of finished products;the difficulty will be increased in the following process of LF refining.
