摘　　要：多元复杂黄铜多用于汽车同步器齿环材料,汽车同步器齿环是汽车变速箱的关键零部件,使用工况恶劣,材料的机械性能等直接影响到零件的使用寿命。主要对一种多元复杂黄铜颜色变化对性能的影响进行了初步研究。试验结果显示,Al元素和Zn元素含量的提高,会导致材料外表颜色发生变化,能提升材料抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度值,降低材料的延伸率。Multi element complicated brass is widely used as the material of the synchronizing ring.The synchronizing ring is the key part of gearbox.The bad working condition,the mechanical property of the material directly affects the service life of the part.The text mainly talks about a preliminary study of the effects that multi element complicated brass’color changes on performance.Based on the test,increasing the proportions of Al an Zn,led to change the colors of the material’s surface,improved the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness value,reduced the extended rate.
