高速数据采集分析系统在连铸机振动台的应用

摘　　要：板坯连铸机结晶器振动系统是铸机重要系统之一,该系统工作性能优劣直接影响连铸坯产品质量及铸机系统设备安全运行。可靠采集并有效分析铸机振动系统过程数据是设备有效管理的重要手段之一。本文通过一个工程实例研究分析高速数据采集分析系统应用平台在板坯连铸机振动系统的应用效果,并以振动系统典型的故障案例简要叙述该系统在设备故障分析处理过程中的方法及应用优势,具有一定的实用价值。The mould vibration system of slab continuous caster is one of the important systems of casting machine.The performance of this system directly influences the quality of continuous casting billet and the safe operation of equipment in casting machine system.Reliable collection and effective analysis of the process data of casting machine vibration system is one of the important means of effective equipment management.In this paper,through an engineering example analysis of high-speed data acquisition and analysis system application platform application in slab continuous casting machine vibration system,taking the typical fault cases of vibration system are briefly described the system analysis method in the process of advantage and application in equipment fault,has a certain practical value.
