摘　　要：地下车库越来越多的应用到现代房屋建筑中,就以某小区商品房地下车库为例,从结构选型、柱网布置、荷载(消防车荷载)的选择、内力计算、基础选择、计算结构分析及地下车库的防腐防渗做了一些讨论。More and more underground garages are applied to modern house buildings.This article takes the underground garage of a small commercial house as an example.Some discussions are made from structural selection,column network arrangement,load(fire engine load)selection,internal force calculation,foundation selection,calculation structure analysis,and anti-corrosion and impermeability of underground garage.
