摘 要:由于区域水资源循环过程呈现显著二元特性,自然水资源与社会经济发展间存在互相影响与制约的关系,因此需深入研究自然水循环与社会水循环间的动态互馈关系.为此,设计了基于动态互馈模拟的半分布式水资源综合调度模型,采用“实测、分离、聚合、建模、调控”的水资源循环时序动态反馈模拟方法设计调度模型架构,调度模型包括产汇流模块、再生水模块及水资源调度模块,基于单元内部的运算特征、单元间的运算特征和与河道汇流循环特征完成水资源系统单元的动态、联动、互馈的水资源模拟与调度.试验结果表明,所设计模型径流模拟平均误差率为4.25%,水资源调度总量误差为1.46%,达到水资源调度的要求;且与对比模型相比独具动态互馈功能,模拟与调度性能更优.Due to the significant dual characteristics exhibited by regional water resources cyclic process,a relationship of interaction and mutual restriction is there between the natural water resources and socio-economic developments,thus the relationship of dynamic mutual feedback between natural water cycle and social water cycle is necessary to be deeply studied.For this reason,a dynamic mutual feedback simulation-based semi-distributed integrated water resources dispatching model is designed,for which the architecture of the dispatching model is designed with the method of the dynamic feedback simulation on the water resources time series of“actual measurement,separation,aggregation,modeling and regulation”;which includes the runoff yield and confluence module,reclaimed water module and water resources dispatching module,and then the dynamic,interactive and mutual feedback water resources simulation and dispatching of the water resources system unit are accomplished based the operating characteristics inside the unit,the operation characteristics among the units and the cyclic characteristics of river confluence.The experiment result shows that the mean error rate of the runoff simulated by the designed model is 4.25%and the error of the total water resources dispatching is 1.46%,moreover,the model proposed herein has unique dynamic mutual feedback function and better simulation and dispatching performances if compared with the relevant comparative model.
