摘  要:以自制聚酯多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和扩链剂为原料,采用一步法制备具有优异形状记忆性能和力学性能的聚氨酯弹性体,考察不同种类聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯、扩链剂、软硬段含量以及浇注工艺等因素对材料性能的影响。结果表明,采用自制多元醇PD(Mn=4000)、MDI、复配扩链剂KJ-4,在模温120℃、n(MDI):n(PD4000):n(KJ-4)=3:1:2条件下,用一步法浇注工艺制得的弹性体材料表现出较好的形状记忆和力学性能,形状固定率和形状恢复率均达到100%,形状恢复速率较快。By using the self-made polyester polyol,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and chain extender as raw materials,the polyurethane elastomer with excellent shape memory performance and mechanical performance was prepared by one-step method.The influence of the factors including different types of polyester polyols,isocyanates,chain extenders,content of soft and hard segments as well as casting process,etc.on the performance of the materials was investigated.The results show that the elastomer material prepared by the one-step casting process using the self-made polyol PD(Mn=4 000),MDI and compound chain extender KJ-4 under the conditions of 120℃of mold temperature and n(MDI):n(PD4000):n(KJ-4)=3:1:2 exhibits good shape memory and mechanical performance,the shape fixation rate and the shape recovery rate all achieve 100%,the shape recovery rate is faster.
