环保型单组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道胶水的研制及制品的力学性能

摘　　要：以聚醚多元醇、MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)-50和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶粒等为原料,制备环保型单组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道胶水及制品,并通过正交试验,研究了不同种类聚醚、NCO含量及EPDM胶粒用量等因素对聚氨酯塑胶跑道制品力学性能的影响。结果表明:当w(NCO)=6%,聚醚4020与聚醚3030复配,胶水与EPDM胶粒质量比为12时,制品性能满足透气型跑道标准,且成本较低;采用MDI-50替代传统的TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯),制品无毒无刺激性气味,符合环保要求,且制品性能优越,适合透气型聚氨酯塑胶跑道的铺设。Using the polyether polyol,MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate)-50 and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber particle,etc.as raw materials,the glue for the environmental protection type one-component polyurethane plastic runway and the product were prepared.The influence of different types of polyethers,NCO content and amount of the EPDM rubber particle on the mechanical performance of the polyurethane plastic runway product was investigated by the orthogonal test.The results show that when w(NCO)=6%,combined polyether 4020 with polyether 3030 is used,the mass ratio of the glue and EPDM rubber particle is 12,the performance of the product meets the standard for the air permeable runway,and the cost is lower.Replacing the traditional TDI(toluene diisocyanate)with MDI-50,the product is nontoxic and there is no irritating odor,the requirements of environmental protection can be met.The product possesses excellent performance and is suitable for laying of the air permeable polyurethane plastic runway.
