摘  要:为了降低秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)生产成本,提高竹屑资源利用率,开展了以竹屑替代棉籽壳栽培秀珍菇的试验.结果 表明,竹屑最佳替代比例为90%,配方组成为木屑58%、竹屑27%、棉籽壳3%、麸皮10%、石灰2%.在该配方中,秀珍菇菌丝生长速度为6.21 mm·d-1,接种至满袋时间为29 d,单袋产量274.5 g,生物学效率为65.4%;子实体菌盖厚度为7.5 mm,蛋白质含量为2.6 g·100-1g-1(鲜重),显著高于对照;子实体菌盖直径、菌柄长度、菌柄直径,脂肪、粗纤维及灰分含量与对照相比无显著差异;单袋生产成本较对照降低0.06元,利润增加0.57元.在竹屑资源丰富的产区可应用此配方栽培秀珍菇,降低生产成本,提高经济效益.In order to reduce the production cost of Pleurotus geesteranus and improve the utilization rate of bamboo dust, an experiment was carried out to replace cotton seed shell with bamboo dust. The results showed that, the best substitution ratio was 90%, and the composition was 58% of wood dust, 27% of bamboo dust, 3% of cotton seed hell, 10% of bran and 2% lime. The growth rate of mycelia in this formula was 6.21 the full bag time was 29 d, the yield of single bag was 274.5 g, and the biological efficiency was 65.4%. The thickness of pileus was 7.5 mm, and the protein content was 2.6 g·100^-1g^-1 (fresh weight), which was significantly higher than the control. There was no significant difference between the diameter of the pileus, length of stipe, diameter of stipe, fat content, crude fiber content, ash content and the control. The production cost of single bag decreased by 0.06 yuan compared with the control, however the profit increased by 0.57 yuan. This formula can be used in pro ducing areas with abundant bamboo dust to reduce production cost and improve economic efficiency.
