摘 要:鉴于当前智能手机显示屏多采用RGBG格式的像素结构,本文提出了应用于AMOLED的RGB到RGBG高速像素转换技术(HSHQ)。该技术的特征是先区分出简单转换点和复杂转换点,对于简单转换点采用直接赋值实现像素转换,对于复杂转换点,采用权重因子算法实现像素转换。本文主要有三个创新点:(1)不同于传统方法对图像中所有像素进行复杂转换,本文首创性地提出了以相邻像素单元的灰阶差值作为判断依据,进行转换像素标记,区分出简单转换点和复杂转换点,只针对标记点进行复杂像素结构转换。因此,该方法提高了像素转换速度。(2)对于简单转换点,采用直接赋值法,由于原图像的灰阶不做改变,该方法完全保留了简单转换点的图像信息。(3)对于复杂转换点,采用权重因子算法,在将转换前后信息损失降至最低的同时,抑制了彩边效应。相比于DA算法,HSHQ算法处理所得图像的PSNR_U和PSNR_V分别提高了7.04%和6.62%。相比于EDMSE,HSHQ算法的转换率降低了75.63%。因此,本文提出的算法在保证转换质量的同时,大大提高了转换速度。RGBG sub-pixel format is widely applied in smartphone nowadays,a high-speed RGB-RGBG conversion technology is proposed in this paper for RGBG AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode).The simple conversion pixels and complicated conversion pixels are identified firstly,and then direct assignment is applied to simple conversion pixels,while algorithm based on weighting factor is applied to complicated conversion pixels.There are three innovations:(1) Different from traditional algorithm in which all pixels are complicatedly converted,conversion pixel marking method based on the gray level difference among neighboring pixels is firstly proposed in this paper.Complicated conversion is applied to marking pixels only.Therefore,the conversion speed is enhanced.(2) Direct assignment is applied to simple conversion pixels,image information is retained because the gray level is not changed.(3) Algorithm based on weighting factors is applied to complicated conversion pixels,the color fringing artifact is weakened while the information loss is minimized.Compared with DA,the value of PSNR_U and PSNR_V of image processed by HSHQ is increased by 7.04% and 6.62%,respectively.Compared with EDMSE,the conversion rate of HSHQ is decreased by 75.63%.Therefore,the conversion speed is greatly improved while the conversion quality is guaranteed by the proposed algorithm.
