摘 要:本文研究了含N-氧化物单元衍生的N,O-双齿配位钯配合物在芳基溴化物与缺电子烯烃mizoroki-Heck偶联反应中的催化性能,详细考察了钯配合物结构、碱、溶剂对mizoroki-Heck反应的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件.同时扩展了该偶联反应的底物范围,以中等产率获得了相应的产物.The mizoroki-Heck reactions of aryl bromides and electron-deficient olefins were investigated using N, O-bidentate-coordinated palladium(II) complexes as catalyst.By screening the influence of the structure of palladium complexes, base and solvent on the coupling reaction,the optimal conditions were established.The substrates scope of mizoroki-Heck reactions was next studied by the coupling reactions of different aryl bromide with olefins derivatives under optimized conditions and the desired products were obtained in moderate yields.
