藏药3种巴夏嘎对小鼠抗炎作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:观察藏药3种巴夏嘎对小鼠的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀法,观察3种巴夏嘎及不同剂量对小鼠耳廓肿胀度、肿胀率和肿胀抑制率的影响。结果:鸭嘴花提取物能显著减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.01),毛果婆婆纳组、塞北紫堇中剂量组、鸭嘴花中剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度低于模型组(P<0.01);鸭嘴花中剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度低于塞北紫堇中剂量组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。毛果婆婆纳组、塞北紫堇中剂量组、鸭嘴花中剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制率分别为15.04%、27.26%、35.15%,可达阿司匹林组的27.87%、50.51%、65.13%。结论:巴夏嘎作为抗炎药材使用时,首选鸭嘴花,其次为塞北紫堇。在资源缺乏前提下,作为抗炎用药时塞北紫堇可代替鸭嘴花使用。Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of three kinds of vasaka of Tibetan medicine on mice.Methods:The effects of three kinds of vasaka and different doses on the swelling degree,swelling rate and swelling inhibition rate of mice were observed by using xylene-induced mouse ear swelling method.Results:Adhatoda vasica Nees extract significantly reduced xylene-induced swelling (P<0.01).The Veronica eriogyne extract group,Corydalis impatiens middle dose group and Adhatoda vasica Nees extract middle dose group showed lower ear swelling than model group (P<0.01).The Adhatoda vasica Nees extract middle dose group showed lower ear swelling than Corydalis impatiens middle dose group,while without statistical difference (P>0.05).The inhibition rates of auricle swelling,in the Veronica eriogyne extract group,Corydalis impatiens middle dose group and Adhatoda vasica Nees extract middle dose group,were 15.04%,27.26% and 35.15% respectively,which reached 27.87%,50.51% and 65.13% of the aspirin group.Conclusion:When vasaka is used as an anti-inflammatory medicinal material,A.vasica Nees is preferred,followed by C.impatiens.Under the premise of lack of resources,C.impatiens can be used as an anti-inflammatory drug instead of A.vasica Nees.
