摘　　要：目的:总结针刺治疗帕金森病的选穴规律,为现代临床研究与治疗提供参考。方法:在中国知网等中文数据资料库、PubMed等外文数据资料库中,收集国内外针刺治疗帕金森病的临床研究文献,提取文献中的有效针灸处方,建立帕金森病针刺处方数据库。运用SPSS Clemintine 12.0数据挖掘软件,采用关联规则模型与Apriori算法进行分析。结果:共收集了101篇国内外针刺治疗帕金森病的文献,有效处方245个,使用腧穴160个,腧穴使用频次1492次。使用频次最高的腧穴依次是太冲、百会和足三里;腧穴多集中在足少阳胆经、督脉和手阳明大肠经;关联规则分析显示腧穴配伍之间相关性最高是太冲-合谷-百会(置信度95.7%)。结论:针刺治疗帕金森病已形成一定的取穴规律,可为临床提供参考。Objective:To summarize the rules of acupuncture treatment of Parkinson's Disease,providing a reference for modern clinical research and treatment.Methods:CNKI,Pubmed etc.were searched for the effective prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion in literature and a database of the prescriptions for Parkinson's Disease was set up on the software.SPSS Clemintine 12.0 data mining software was applied,and the association rule analysis model and Apriori algorithm were adapted to analyze the rules of acupuncture treatment of Parkinson's Disease.Results:Totally 101 literature on Parkinson's Disease treated by acupuncture and moxibustion at home and abroad were collected,including 245 effective prescriptions,160 acupoints and 1492 acupoint application frequency.The results showed that Taichong (LR3) was used the most,followed by Baihui (GV20) and Zusanli (ST36);the main selection of meridians were Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang (GB),Governor Vessel (GV) and Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming;the association rule analysis showed that the highest correlation between acupoints is Baihui (GV 20)-Taichong (LR 3)-Hegu (LI 4),in which the confidence is as high as 95.7%.Conclusion:The acupuncture treatment for Parkinson 's disease has formed a certain rule on acupoint selection,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
