厦门市违建图斑信息导出技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：厦门作为福建省唯一的经济特区,经济发展迅速,人口迅猛增长。然而土地资源稀缺,房价飞涨,使得厦门市近几年违章建筑迅速膨胀。本文通过对近几年厦门地区航空摄影测量及违章建设图斑比对项目的研究,结合实际工作中违章建设图斑的资料成果,基于ArcObjects实现了违章建设图斑信息导出的自动化,节省了数据录入时间,在很大程度上提高了工作效率。As the only special economic zone in Fujian Province, Xiamen has a rapid economic development and rapid population growth.However, due to the scarcity of land resources and soaring housing prices, illegal buildings in Xiamen have been rapidly expanding in recent years.Based on the research on aerial photogrammetry and illegal buildings pattern comparison project in Xiamen in recent years, combined with the data results of illegal buildings patches in actual work, this paper realizes the automation of the export of illegal buildings patches information based on ArcObjects, saves the time of data input, and greatly improves the work efficiency.
