无人机航摄在企业违法建筑动态监测中的应用

摘　　要：企业内部的违法建筑具有隐蔽性强、违建面积大和安全隐患大等特点,给社会造成了巨大的隐患。采用无人机航摄技术对企业进行违法建筑排查和动态监测,能及时有效地发现违法建筑图斑分布,辅助城市管理人员及时掌握企业违建情况。本研究以某工业园区为例,基于无人机航摄技术,采用人机交互比对和python自动制表方法,得到了工业园区内的违法建筑图斑及详细信息,为违法建筑动态监测提供了有效手段。The illegal buildings inside the enterprise have the characteristics of strong concealment, large area of illegal construction and large hidden dangers, which have caused huge hidden dangers to the society.UAV aerial photography technology is used to conduct illegal building inspection and dynamic monitoring of enterprises, which can timely and effectively discover the distribution of illegal building maps and assist urban management personnel to grasp the illegal construction of enterprises in a timely manner.This study takes an industrial park as an example.Based on the aerial photography technology of unmanned aerial vehicles, the human-computer interaction comparison and python automatic tabulation method are used to obtain the illegal building maps and detailed information in the industrial park, which provides for the dynamic monitoring of illegal buildings.Effective means.
