摘 要:冰灾是电网最常见的自然灾害之一,为了科学合理地进行线路除冰操作,保证配电线路的安全稳定运行,提出了基于改进自适应遗传算法的除冰优化调度方法。首先建立了配电线路相关覆冰增长和荷载模型,对配电线路覆冰故障率和停运概率进行了分析建模,为后续的算法推理奠定基础。然后在配电线路除冰目标函数和约束条件的要求下,通过对遗传算法中的交叉概率和变异概率进行改进,得到更加高效的分析计算方法,对融冰优化问题进行求解。最后通过算例分析验证了所提出算法的有效性和实用性。Ice disaster is one of the most common natural disasters in the power grid.In order to scientifically and reasonably carry out the line deicing operation and ensure the safe and stable operation of distribution line,an optimized de-icing optimization scheduling method based on improved adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the ice-covered growth and load models related to distribution lines are established.The failure rate and outage probability of distribution lines are analyzed and modeled,which lays a foundation for subsequent algorithm reasoning.Then,under the requirements of the de-icing objective function and constraints of the distribution line,the cross-probability and mutation probability in the genetic algorithm are improved,so that a more efficient analysis and calculation method is obtained,and the ice-melting optimization problem is solved.Finally,the validity and practicability of the proposed algorithm are verified by an example.
