多道人工耳蜗植入术治疗重度感音神经性耳聋患儿的手术护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多道人工耳蜗植入术治疗重度感音神经性耳聋患儿的手术护理效果。方法选择2016年1月5日~2018年10月5日选取我院就诊的60例重度感音神经性耳聋患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均进行多道人工耳蜗植入术治疗,采用抽签分组方式分组,观察组给予全程护理,对照组给予实施常规护理,然后对比两组患者的住院时间、手术时间以及生活质量。结果观察组重度感音神经性耳聋患儿的术后住院时间(9.21±0.12)d、手术时间(101.15±1.45)min与对照组比较,具有显著差异(P<0.05);经过护理后,观察组患儿心理领域(90.15±2.15)分、生理领域(90.11±3.01)分、社会活动(89.45±2.15)分、躯体领域(92.01±2.11)分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重度感音神经性耳聋患儿多道人工耳蜗植入术治疗过程中采取全程护理,效果十分显著,可缩短术后住院时间以及手术时间,提高患儿的生活质量,促进患儿早期康复。Objective To analyze the surgical nursing effect of multi-channel cochlear implantation in children with severe sensorineural deafness.Methods 60 children with severe sensorineural deafness in our hospital from January 5,2016 to October 5,2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent multi-channel cochlear implantation and were grouped by lottery grouping.The observation group was given full-time care,and the control group was given routine care.And then the hospitalization time,operation time and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative hospital stay(9.21±0.12)d and the operation time(101.15±1.45)min in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing,the physiological field(90.11±3.01)Scores,social activity(89.45±2.15)Scores and physical field(92.01±2.11)Scores in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process nursing in the multi-channel cochlear implantation in children with severe sensorineural deafness can achieve very significant results,which can shorten the postoperative hospital stay and operation time,improve the quality of life of children,and promote early recovery of the child.
