摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴清扫术治疗外阴癌的临床效果及应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2012年1月—2017年12月经临床活检确诊的11例外阴癌患者,经腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫及外阴广泛切除术的临床资料。结果 11例患者均在腹腔镜下完成双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术,平均手术时间(87.5±15.7)min,术中出血量均小于10 m L,平均切除单侧腹股沟淋巴结(8.4±2.3)枚,术中术后无并发症。结论腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗外阴浸润癌安全、可靠、手术创伤小、术后切口愈合佳,不易发生腹股沟区皮肤缺血坏死及下肢静脉回流障碍,较常规开放性手术具有明显优势。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy for vulvar cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 11 cases of sinus cancer patients diagnosed by clinical biopsy from January 2012 to December 2017 in our hospital, clinical data of laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection and extensive resection of the vulva. Results All the 11 patients underwent bilateral laparoscopic lymphadenectomy. The average operation time was (87.5±15.7)min. The intraoperative blood loss was less than 10 mL. The average unilateral inguinal lymph node was (8.4±2.3), without any complications after surgery. Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy is safe and reliable for the treatment of vulvar invasive carcinoma. The surgical trauma is small, and the incision healed well. It is not easy to have skin ischemic necrosis in the inguinal region and venous return disorder of lower extremity. It has obvious advantages over conventional open surgery.
