摘　　要：为适应"互联网+"时代,房地产经纪行业开始转型。本文在总结线上交易平台产生背景及发展历程基础上,探讨APP应用对房地产经纪行业的作用及影响,从政府主管部门、房地产经纪行业协会、经纪机构及房地产经纪人几个角度出发,浅析在O2O模式下,多方协作提升经纪人素质的路径。In response to the transformation of the real estate brokerage industry in the era of "Internet +", on the basis of summarizing the background and development history of the online trading platform, the role and influence of APP application on the real estate brokerage industry will be discussed, from the government authorities and the real estate brokerage industry association. From the perspectives of brokerage agencies and real estate agents, this paper analyzes the path of multi-party collaboration to improve the quality of brokers in the O2O model.
